We believe on 3S approach which starts from Strengthening through capacity building, technical assistance and institution building, then Sustainability with the focus of revenue and profitability through providing well-structured and systematic access to market, access to finance and design unique system for community engagement, and lastly Scalability with keeping sustainability and business mindset together to establish position in exiting business world.
CCA is focused on developing and strengthening collective enterprises called Farmers Producer Organisations (FPOs) through value chain interventions in farm and non-farm activities to generate livelihoods and increase income for communities.
